October's Very Own accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all collaboration releases, swimwear, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all OVO hangtags and labels remain intact.
Ship & Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
